Hotel towels by weight and size
Our hotel towels are 100% cotton terry, from around 450 GSM up to 700 GSM. The range covers hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets, with matching hotel bath mats.
- 450–500 GSM: lighter and quicker to dry, suited to B&Bs, care homes and laundries that wash every day.
- 550–600 GSM: the usual weight for mid-range and upscale hotel bathrooms.
- 700 GSM: a heavier, plusher towel for boutique and luxury rooms.

Hotel bed linen, duvet covers and pillowcases
Our hotel bed linen comes in 100% cotton percale and polycotton blends from 50/50 to 80/20 cotton/polyester, with matching hotel duvet covers and hotel pillowcases, including Oxford pillowcases. Polycotton dries faster and creases less in commercial laundries; a higher cotton content feels softer and cooler on the bed. What GSM towel is best for a hotel?
Most hotels choose 550–600 GSM towels. 450–500 GSM suits high-turnover sites such as B&Bs and care homes, while 700 GSM gives a heavier, more luxurious feel.
Should I choose 100% cotton or polycotton hotel sheets?
Polycotton sheets dry faster, crease less and stand up well to commercial laundering. 100% cotton percale feels softer and more breathable. Many hotels use polycotton for everyday rooms and cotton for premium rooms.
How quickly do you deliver in the UK?
